Envio:
All orders ship via UPS or Islandwide from Vega Baja, Puerto Rico 00694. Puerto Rico is a US territory — no international shipping fees or customs apply for buyers in all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and US territories.
Handling time: 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days to continental US. 1–3 business days within Puerto Rico.
Tracking is provided for all shipments. Combined shipping available for multiple items — contact us before purchasing for a combined invoice.
Devolucion o RMA:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return: message us through info@netsolutionspr.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Defective items must come with an RMA number from the manufacturer.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Garantias:
All items sold by NetSolutions are brand new and factory sealed. Products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty from Cambium Networks, Siklu (Ceragon), or GLC Tech as applicable. Unless otherwised especified on the listing.
Cambium Networks: 1-year limited hardware warranty
Siklu / EtherHaul: 1-year limited hardware warranty
To register your warranty, visit the manufacturer’s website with your product serial number after purchase. NetSolutions is an authorized distributor — manufacturer warranty registration is fully valid on all items we sell.
